About The Trip
Spend your spring break in Panama City!
Alternative Spring Break is a week long service trip with incredible opportunity to serve those in need and commit to community service in a concrete way. This year we are headed to Panama City to aid with Hurricane relief.
Why Panama City? Hundreds of homes were damaged or destroyed in Hurricane Michael and the community is still recovering.
Throughout the week we will spend our days at service sites and our evenings deepening our friendships and faith, allowing us to combine the joy of service with the fun (and warmth) of a spring break in Florida. The service components of the trip will include physical clean-up as well as encouraging those affected by the storm.
Application Process
Applications are now open for ASB Panama City! The deadline for application is Nov 25 at 11:59pm. Please click the link above to apply.
After the application closes, we will contact you to schedule an interview during Nov 26-29. Accpetance to the trip will be communciated on Dec 3.
Cost
The approximate cost of the trip will be $500. Check back soon for the final cost. All students accepted will be required to take part in fundraising to help raise funds to match their cost.
